Frame
AI operating system Founder-led, 5 to 30 people

A company that runs without you in the room

I install Frame, my AI operating system, in founder-led companies. One week of discovery, four weeks of install, and after that your team and your AI agents work from the same company context.

The problem

Your goals, tasks, ops and content are spread over five tools and your head. The team uses AI tools ad hoc, each person differently, and none of it is connected to your goals or your data.

Nobody, human or AI, has the full picture. So you re-explain everything, and work stalls when you're not in the room.

Priorities live in your head.

The team keeps asking what matters this week.

AI tools get used ad hoc, with no shared context.

Five blocks, one company context

Frame is one connected system. Inbox takes everything in and routes it to the block where it belongs, and your team and AI agents all read from the same place.

Intake
Inbox

Takes in data and voice notes and routes them to Mind, Objectives, Business and Stories.

Tasks
Mind

Every task in one place. Each person updates theirs weekly, so this week's work is visible without asking you.

Goals
Objectives

Company goals and the weekly priorities review. The team reads this week's priorities here instead of asking you.

Clients and deals
Business

Your CRM if you don't run one yet. If you already do, Frame connects to it.

Content
Stories

Your company's content, drafted from the same context as everything else.

AI agents are connected to your company context, so they draft, plan and report with the full picture instead of whatever someone pasted into a chat.

What changes

You stop being the bottleneck for every decision. Goals, tasks, processes and stories live in one system that your team and your AI agents work from.

Why not hire an ops manager?

That's the usual fix. You pay a recurring salary and the company's context still lives in people. When they leave, the context leaves with them. Frame installs a system that stays.

How it works

Five weeks from the first interview to go-live, then a review 30 days later.

Week 1

Discovery

Interviews with you and your team, a map of your goals, tools and workflows, and a written Frame blueprint. €1,000, credited toward the install.

Week 2

Install

Inbox, Mind, Objectives and Stories set up for your company, plus Business if you need a CRM. Current goals, tasks and processes migrated, and AI agents connected to your company context.

Weeks 3 to 5

Onboarding and go-live

Team training, deployment to your own infrastructure if you have one, and a go-live review.

Day 30

Founder review

A 60-minute session 30 days after go-live to tune priorities and AI agents to how the company actually runs.

Optional

Retainer

€500/mo with a 3-month minimum: 2 hours a month of support plus system updates.

Price

€8,000

Paid once. Discovery is €1,000 up front, and that €1,000 is credited toward the install.

New Frame blocks such as Levels and Joy get priority installs as they ship, sold as paid upgrades.

Guarantee

Discovery. If the blueprint isn't useful to you, you get the €1,000 back and keep the blueprint.

Install. If your team isn't working from Frame 30 days after go-live, I keep supporting you at no extra charge until it is. Working from Frame means every person updates their tasks in Mind weekly, and the weekly priorities review runs in Objectives.

Is this you?

Frame is for founder-led companies of 5 to 30 people where the founder signs. If you work solo or you're past 30 people, it's the wrong install and you can stop reading here.

Tick what's true for you.

Book discovery

Week 1 costs €1,000 and is credited toward the install. Tell me a bit about the company and I'll reply with times for the first interview.
